Subject: –         Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 3323/2 in Sector-40-D, Chandigarh in the name of Sh. Jagjit Singh S/o Sh. Mohinder Singh (Legal Heir of Late Smt. Waryam Kaur W/o Sh. Mohinder Singh who was GPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Smt. Sunita Puri W/o Sh. Banke Bihari Lal Puri).

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Sh. Jagjit Singh S/o Sh. Mohinder Singh (Legal Heir of Late Smt. Waryam Kaur W/o Sh. Mohinder Singh) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.3323/2 of LIG(U) Category in Sector-40-D, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Smt. Waryam Kaur W/o Sh. Mohinder Singh expired on 19.03.2010 at CHANDIGARH who was GPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Smt. Sunita Puri W/o Sh. Banke Bihari Lal Puri and stated that he is the Legal heir of the deceased GPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holders. He has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in his (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Sh. Jagjit Singh W/o Sh. Mohinder Singh, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
