Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 3265 in Sector-40-D, Chandigarh in the name of Sh. Gurcharan Singh S/o Late Sh. Harbhajan Singh (Legal Heir of Late Sh. Harbhajan Singh S/o Late Sh. Gurdit Singh who was GPA, SPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Mohinder Singh S/o Sh. Natha Singh).
It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Sh. Gurcharan Singh S/o Late Sh. Harbhajan Singh (Legal Heir of Late Sh. Harbhajan Singh S/o Late Sh. Gurdit Singh) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.3265 of LIG(U) Category in Sector-40-D, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Harbhajan Singh S/o Late Sh. Gurdit Singh expired on 21.06.1999 at CHANDIGARH who was GPA, SPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Mohinder Singh S/o Sh. Natha Singh and he is the Legal heir of the deceased GPA, SPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder. He has has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in his (claimants) favour.
In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Sh. Gurcharan Singh S/o Late Sh. Harbhajan Singh, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
