Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 318 of Category-I in Sector-51-A, Chandigarh in the name of Sh. Gurinder Singh Ahuja and Sh. Jagminder Singh Ahuja both sons of Sh. Dayal Singh Ahuja (Legal heir of Smt. Randhir Kaur Ahuja W/o Sh. D.S. Ahuja who was GPA, SPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. D.M. Singh S/o Sh. Ishar Singh).

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Sh. Gurinder Singh Ahuja and Sh. Jagminder Singh Ahuja both sons of Sh. Dayal Singh Ahuja (Legal heir of Smt. Randhir Kaur Ahuja W/o Sh. D.S. Ahuja) have applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.318 of Category-I in Sector-51-A, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Smt. Randhir Kaur Ahuja W/o Sh. D.S. Ahuja expired on 14.03.2013 at FARIDABAD (HARYANA) who was the GPA, SPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. D.M. Singh S/o Sh. Ishar Singh and they are the Legal heirs of the deceased GPA, SPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder. They have also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in their (claimants) favour.
In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Sh. Gurinder Singh Ahuja and Sh. Jagminder Singh Ahuja both sons of Sh. Dayal Singh Ahuja, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
