March 15, 2016Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 517/1 in Sector-45-A, Chandigarh in the name of Smt. Harita Challagulla W/o Sh. Ravi Prasad Challagulla (Legal heir of Smt. V.Rama Chaudhary W/o Sh. V.S. Choudhary GPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee and Legal heir of Sh. V.S. Choudhary S/o Sh.H.R. Choudhary who was the another SPA holder of original allottee Sh. Budhi Ram Mehta S/o Sh. Piari Ram Mehta).
It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Smt. Harita Challagulla W/o Sh. Ravi Prasad Challagulla (Legal heir of Smt. V.Rama Choudhary W/o Sh. V.S. Choudhary and Legal heir of Sh. V.S. Choudhary S/o Sh.H.R. Choudhary) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.517/1 of Category-III in Sector-45-A, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Smt. V.Rama Chaudhary W/o Sh. V.S. Choudhary expired on 01.03.2012 at SECUNDERABAD (AP) who was the one of GPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee and Sh. V.S. Choudhary S/o Sh.H.R. Choudhary expired on 21.02.2006 at CHANDIGARH who was the SPA holder of original allottee Sh. Budhi Ram Mehta S/o Sh. Piari Ram Mehta and further stated that she is the only Legal heir of the deceased GPA, SPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder.
In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Smt. Harita Challagulla W/o Sh. Ravi Prasad Challagulla, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
