Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 1090/1 of HIG Category in Sector-39-B, Chandigarh in the names of Ms. Chetna Keer D/o Late Sh. Kuldip Singh Keer and Smt. Jyotin Prinja W/o Sh. Ajay Prinja (Legal heirs of Late Sh. Kuldip Singh Keer S/o Late Sh. Naranjan Singh Keer who was GPA, SPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of the original allottee Sh. Narinder Pal Singh S/o Late Sh. Rattan Singh).

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Ms. Chetna Keer D/o Late Sh. Kuldip Singh Keer and Smt. Jyotin Prinja W/o Sh. Ajay Prinja (Legal heirs of Late Sh. Kuldip Singh Keer S/o Late Sh. Naranjan Singh Keer) have applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.1090/1 of HIG Category in Sector-39-B, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Kuldip Singh Keer S/o Late Sh. Naranjan Singh Keer expired on 21.06.2001 at CHANDIGARH who was the GPA, SPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Narinder Pal Singh S/o Late Sh. Rattan Singh and they are the legal heirs of the deceased. They have also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in their (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Ms. Chetna Keer (Daughter) and Smt. Jyotin Prinja (Daughter), he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
