Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 3099 of MIG-II Category in Sector-46-C, Chandigarh in the name of Smt. Mohinder Kaur W/o Late Sh. Joginder Singh (Wife) (SPA holder of original allottee) and Sh. Harcharan Singh S/o Late Sh. Joginder Singh (Son) (Legal heirs of Late Sh. Joginder Singh S/o S. Santokh Singh who was GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Nirmal Singh S/o Sh. Atma Singh).

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Smt. Mohinder Kaur W/o Late Sh. Joginder Singh (SPA holder of original allottee) and Sh. Harcharan Singh S/o Late Sh. Joginder Singh (Legal heirs of Late Sh. Joginder Singh S/o S. Santokh Singh) have applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.3099 of MIG-II Category in Sector-46-C, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Joginder Singh S/o S. Santokh Singh expired on 20.09.2007 at CHANDIGARH who was the GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Nirmal Singh S/o Sh. Atma Singh and they are the legal heirs of the deceased. They have also stated that no other legal heirs has been left out.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Smt. Mohinder Kaur W/o Late Sh. Joginder Singh (Wife) and Sh. Harcharan Singh S/o Late Sh. Joginder Singh (Son), he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
