Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 550/2 of LIG Category in Sector-41-A, dated 2-9-16

Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 550/2 of LIG Category in Sector-41-A, Chandigarh in the name of Sh. Subhash Puri S/o Sh. Ved Parkash (Legal heir of Late Smt. Swaran Rani W/o Sh. Subhash Puri who was GPA, SPA and Agreement to Sell holder of the original allottee Smt. Ram Payari W/o Sh. Ram Lal).

 

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Sh. Subhash Puri S/o Sh. Ved Parkash (Legal heir of Late Smt. Swaran Rani W/o Sh. Subhash Puri) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.550/2 of LIG Category in Sector-41-A, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Smt. Swaran Rani W/o Sh. Subhash Puri expired on 10.02.2012 at Gaziabad (UP) who was the GPA, SPA and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Smt. Ram Payari W/o Sh. Ram Lal and he is the legal heir of the deceased. He has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in his (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Sh. Subhash Puri S/o Sh. Ved Parkash, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
