Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 2206/3 of MIG Category in Sector-45-C, dated 2-9-16

Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 2206/3 of MIG Category in  Sector-45-C, Chandigarh in the name of Sh. Sanjay Negi S/o Late Sh. Netar Singh Negi (Legal heir of Late Sh. Netar Singh Negi S/o Sh. Chittar Singh Negi who was Sub-GPA and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. D.K. Khanna S/o Sh. Ram Chand Khanna).

 

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Sh. Sanjay Negi S/o Late Sh. Netar Singh Negi (Legal heir of Late Sh. Netar Singh Negi S/o Sh. Chittar Singh Negi) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.2206/3 of MIG Category in Sector-45-C, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Netar Singh Negi S/o Sh. Chittar Singh Negi expired on 04.01.2009 at CHANDIGARH who was the Sub-GPA and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. D.K. Khanna S/o Sh. Ram Chand Khanna and he is the legal heir of the deceased. He has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in his (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Sh. Sanjay Negi S/o Late Sh. Netar Singh Negi, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
