Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 195-C of Category-II in Sector-51-A, Chandigarh in the name of Smt. Sunita Sharma W/o Late Sh. Ram Rachhpal (Co-GPAs, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder and Legal heir of Late Sh. Ram Rachhpal S/o Sh. Harbans Lal who was Co-GPAs, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of the original allottee Sh. Harjit Singh S/o Sh. Mehar Singh).

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Smt. Sunita Sharma W/o Late Sh. Ram Rachhpal (Co-GPAs, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder and Legal heir of Late Sh. Ram Rachhpal S/o Sh. Harbans Lal) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.195-C of Category-II in Sector-51-A, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Ram Rachhpal S/o Sh. Harbans Lal expired on 04.07.2016 at Khanna, Ludhiana (Punjab) who was the Co-GPAs, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Harjit Singh S/o Sh. Mehar Singh and she is the legal heir of the deceased. She has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in her (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Smt. Sunita Sharma W/o Late Sh. Ram Rachhpal, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
