Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 2546/1 of LIG Category in Indira Colony, Mani Majra, Chandigarh in the name of Smt. Harbans Kaur W/o Late Sh. Kesar Singh (Co-GPAs holder and Legal heir of Late Sh. Kesar Singh S/o Sh. Khem Singh who was WILL and Agreement to Sell holder and Co-GPAs holder of the original allottee Sh. Dhani Ram S/o Sh. Rishi Dev).

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Smt. Harbans Kaur W/o Late Sh. Kesar Singh (Co-GPAs holder and Legal heir of Late Sh. Kesar Singh S/o Sh. Khem Singh) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.2546/1 of LIG Category in Indira Colony, Mani Majra, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Kesar Singh S/o Sh. Khem Singh expired on 02.10.2011 at CHANDIGARH who was the WILL and Agreement to Sell holder and Co-GPAs holder of original allottee Sh. Dhani Ram S/o Sh. Rishi Dev and she is the legal heir of the deceased. She has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in her (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Smt. Harbans Kaur W/o Late Sh. Kesar Singh, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
