Subject: -Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 196 of LIG Category in Sector-41-A, Chandigarh in the name of Smt. Sudarshana Sharma W/o Late Sh. Shankar Das Sharma (SPA holder and Legal heir of Late Sh. Shankar Dass Sharma S/o Sh. Hukmi Ram Sharma who was GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Bansi Lal S/o Sh. Topan Dass).

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Smt. Sudarshana Sharma W/o Late Sh. Shankar Das Sharma (SPA holder and Legal heir of Late Sh. Shankar Dass Sharma S/o Sh. Hukmi Ram Sharma) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.196 of LIG Category in Sector-41-A, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Shankar Dass Sharma S/o Sh. Hukmi Ram Sharma expired on 21.11.2006 at CHANDIGARH who was the GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Bansi Lal S/o Sh. Topan Dass and she is the legal heir of the deceased. She has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in her (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Smt. Sudarshana Sharma W/o Late Sh. Shankar Das Sharma, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
