Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 5331/1 of Category-IV in Mani Majra, Chandigarh dated-23-8-16

Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 5331/1 of Category-IV in Mani Majra, Chandigarh in the name of Sh. Satish Sethi S/o Late Sh. Hans Raj Sethi (Legal heir of Late Sh. Hans Raj Sethi S/o Sh. Ganpat Rai Sethi who was GPA,SPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of allottee Sh. Baljinder Kumar S/o Sh. K.L. Dhingra).

 

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Sh. Satish Sethi S/o Late Sh. Hans Raj Sethi (Legal heir of Late Sh. Hans Raj Sethi S/o Sh. Ganpat Rai Sethi) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.5331/1 of Category-IV in Mani Majra, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Hans Raj Sethi S/o Sh. Ganpat Rai Sethi expired on 17.02.2001 at CHANDIGARH who was the GPA, SPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Baljinder Kumar S/o Sh. K.L. Dhingra and he is the legal heir of the deceased. He has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in his (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Sh. Satish Sethi S/o Late Sh. Hans Raj Sethi, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
