Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 2042 of MIG Category in Sector-45-C

Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 2042 of MIG Category in Sector-45-C, Chandigarh in the name of Smt. Inderjit Kaur W/o Late Sh. Trilochan Singh (Legal heir of Late Sh. Trilochan Singh Baran S/o Sh. Teja Singh who was GPA, SPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of the original allottee Sh. Jaswinder Singh S/o S. Surjit Singh).

 

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Smt. Inderjit Kaur W/o Late Sh. Trilochan Singh (Legal heir of Late Sh. Trilochan Singh Baran S/o Sh. Teja Singh) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.2042 of MIG Category in Sector-45-C, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Trilochan Singh Baran S/o Sh. Teja Singh expired on 30.05.2014 at MOHALI (PUNJAB) who was GPA, SPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of the original allottee Sh. Jaswinder Singh S/o S. Surjit Singh and she has further stated that one of the legal heir of Late Sh. Trilochan Singh namely Sh. Gurdeep Singh (Son) has also expired on 28.11.2014 at S.A.S. Nagar (PUNJAB) and she is the legal heir of of the deceased. She has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased, including the legal heirs of Late Sh. Gurdeep Singh have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in her (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Smt. Inderjit Kaur W/o Late Sh. Trilochan Singh, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
