Subject: –  Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 2305 of EWS Category in  Sector-40-C, Chandigarh in the name of Sh. Pardeep Kumar S/o Late Sh. Mehar Chand (Legal heir of Late Sh. Mehar Chand S/o Sh. Vasu Ram Gosain who was GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of transferee Smt. Manmohan Kaur W/o Sh. P.S. Sudan).

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Sh. Pardeep Kumar S/o Late Sh. Mehar Chand (Legal heir of Late Sh. Mehar Chand S/o Sh. Vasu Ram Gosain) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.2305 of EWS Category in Sector-40-C, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Mehar Chand S/o Sh. Vasu Ram Gosain expired on 20.07.2007 at CHANDIGARH who was GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of the transferee Smt. Manmohan Kaur W/o Sh. P.S. Sudan and he is the legal heir of of the deceased. He has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in his (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Sh. Pardeep Kumar S/o Late Sh. Mehar Chand, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
