Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 2055/3 of MIG(L) Category in  Sector-45-C, Chandigarh in the name of Sh. Sandeep Walia S/o Late Sh. Bhupinder Singh Walia (SPA holder of original allottee and Legal heir of Late Smt. Raj Rani W/o Sh. Bhupinder Singh Walia who was GPA,WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of transferee Sh. Surinder Kumar Sharma S/o Late Sh. Ram Lok Sharma).

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Sh. Sandeep Walia S/o Late Sh. Bhupinder Singh Walia (SPA holder of original allottee and Legal heir of Late Smt. Raj Rani W/o Sh. Bhupinder Singh Walia) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.2055/3 of MIG(L) Category in Sector-45-C, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Smt. Raj Rani W/o Sh. Bhupinder Singh Walia expired on 17.04.2014 at CHANDIGARH who was GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of the transferee Sh. Surinder Kumar Sharma S/o Late Sh. Ram Lok Sharma and he is the legal heir of the deceased. He has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in his (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Sh. Sandeep Walia S/o Late Sh. Bhupinder Singh Walia, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
