Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 2151/1 of MIG(L) Category in Sector-45-C, dated-10-8-16

Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 2151/1 of MIG(L) Category in Sector-45-C, Chandigarh in the name of Smt. Santosh Sharma W/o Late Sh. Amar Chand Sharma (Agreement to Sell holder and Legal heir of Late Sh. Amar Chand Sharma S/o Sh. Rikhi Ram Sharma who was Sub-GPA holder of original allottee Sh. Prem Parkash S/o Late Sh. Paras Ram).

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Smt. Santosh Sharma W/o Late Sh. Amar Chand Sharma (Agreement to Sell holder and Legal heir of Late Sh. Amar Chand Sharma S/o Sh. Rikhi Ram Sharma) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.2151/1 of MIG(L) Category in Sector-45-C, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Amar Chand Sharma S/o Sh. Rikhi Ram Sharma expired on 27.11.1996 at Sirsa (Haryana) who was Sub-GPA holder of the original allottee Sh. Prem Parkash S/o Late Sh. Paras Ram and she is the legal heir of the deceased. She has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in her (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Smt. Santosh Sharma W/o Late Sh. Amar Chand Sharma, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
