Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 22 of MIG Category in Sector-41-A

Subject: –         Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 22 of MIG Category in Sector-41-A, Chandigarh in the name of Sh. Harvirender Kumar Arora S/o Late Sh. G.R. Arora (Joint holder of the GPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder and Legal heir of Smt. Raj Kumari W/o Sh. Harvirender Kumar Arora who was Joint holder of GPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Gurpreet Singh S/o Sh. Girdhara Singh).

 

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Sh. Harvirender Kumar Arora S/o Late Sh. G.R. Arora (Joint holder of the GPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder and Legal heir of Smt. Raj Kumari W/o Sh. Harvirender Kumar Arora) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.22 of MIG Category in Sector-41-A, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Smt. Raj Kumari W/o Sh. Harvirender Kumar Arora expired on 11.01.2015 at CHANDIGARH who was joint holder of the GPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Gurpreet Singh S/o Sh. Girdhara Singh and he is the legal heir of of the deceased GPA,WILL & Agreement to Sell holder. He has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in his (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Sh. Harvirender Kumar Arora S/o Late Sh. G.R. Arora, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
