Subject: –         Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 2293 of EWS Category in Sector-40-C, Chandigarh in the name of Smt. Champa Devi W/o Sh. Mam Raj (Agreement to Sell, WILL holder & Joint holder of the GPA and Legal heir of Sh. Mam Raj S/o Sh. Bachna who was SPA holder and Joint holder of GPA of original allottee Smt. Harbans Kaur W/o Sh. Baldev Singh).

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Smt. Champa Devi W/o Sh. Mam Raj (Agreement to Sell holder, WILL & Joint holder of the GPA and Legal heir of Sh. Mam Raj S/o Sh. Bachna) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.2293 of EWS Category in Sector-40-C, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Mam Raj S/o Sh. Bachna expired on 23.12.2007 at CHANDIGARH who was the SPA holder and joint holder of the GPA of original allottee Smt. Harbans Kaur W/o Sh. Baldev Singh and she is the legal heir of of the deceased. She has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in her (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Smt. Champa Devi W/o Sh. Mam Raj, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
