June 23, 2016Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 2222/2 of LIG Category in Sector-40-C, Chandigarh in the names of (1). Ms. Vijay Kumari (2). Ms. Sunita Rani and (3). Ms. Jiwan Jyoti all daughters of Late Sh. Kharati Lal (Legal heirs of Late Smt.Sarla Rani W/o Late Sh. Kharati Lal who was GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee and Legal heirs of Late Ms. Suman Rani D/o Late Sh. Kharati Lal who was SPA holder of original allottee Sh. Faquir Chand S/o Sh. Ralla Ram).
It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that (1). Ms. Vijay Kumari (2). Ms. Sunita Rani and (3). Ms. Jiwan Jyoti all daughters of Late Sh. Kharati Lal (Legal heirs of Late Smt.Sarla Rani & Late Ms. Suman Rani) have applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.2222/2 of LIG Category in Sector-40-C, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Smt.Sarla Rani W/o Late Sh. Kharati Lal expired on 14.09.1997 at CHANDIGARH who was GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of the original allottee and Ms. Suman Rani D/o Sh. Kharati Lal was un-married expired on 05.02.2016 at CHANDIGARH who was SPA holder of original allottee Sh. Faquir Chand S/o Sh. Ralla Ram and they are the legal heirsof the deceased. They have also stated that no other legal heirs has been left out.
In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of (1). Ms. Vijay Kumari (2). Ms.Sunita Rani and (3). Ms. Jiwan Jyoti all daughters of Late Sh. Kharati Lal, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
