June 24, 2016Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 2655 of MIG-II Category in Sector-40-C, Chandigarh in the name of Sh. Vijay Bhatia S/o Late Sh. Nand Lal Bhatia (Co-GPA & SPA holder) (Legal heir of Late Smt.Shukla Rani Bhatia W/o Sh. Nand Lal Bhatia who was WILL & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee and Legal heir of Late Sh. Nand Lal Bhatia S/o Sh. Girdhari Lal Bhatia who was Co-GPA & SPA holder of original allottee Smt.Veena Rani W/o Sh. Ravi Datt Sardana).
It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Sh. Vijay Bhatia S/o Late Sh. Nand Lal Bhatia (Co-GPA & SPA holder) (Legal heir of Late Smt.Shukla Rani Bhatia & Late Sh. Nand Lal Bhatia) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.2655 of MIG-II Category in Sector-40-C, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Smt.Shukla Rani Bhatia W/o Late Sh. Nand Lal Bhatia expired on 09.03.2013 at F-192, DILSHAD COLONY, DELHI who was WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of the original allottee and Sh. Nand Lal Bhatia S/o Sh. Girdhari Lal Bhatia expired on 14.12.1988 at AMRITSAR (PUNJAB) who was Co-GPA & SPA holder of original allottee Smt.Veena Rani W/o Sh. Ravi Datt Sardana and he is the legal heir of the deceased. He has also stated that he is the only legal heir of the deceased left.
In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Sh. Vijay Bhatia S/o Late Sh. Nand Lal Bhatia, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
