Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 2318/1 of LIG Category in Sector-40-C dated-8-7-16

Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 2318/1 of LIG Category in Sector-40-C, Chandigarh in the name of Sh. Raj Pal S/o Late Sh. Kashmiri Lal (SPA & WILL holder of original Allottee and Legal heir of Late Smt. Krishan Kaur W/o Late Sh. Kashmiri Lal who was GPA and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Om Parkash S/o Sh. Mohan Lal).

 

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Sh. Raj Pal S/o Late Sh. Kashmiri Lal (SPA & WILL holder of original Allottee and Legal heir of Late Smt. Krishan Kaur W/o Late Sh. Kashmiri Lal) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.2318/1 of LIG Category in Sector-40-C, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Smt. Krishan Kaur W/o Late Sh. Kashmiri Lal expired on 04.09.1991 at CHANDIGARH who was GPA and Agreement to Sell holder of the original allottee Sh. Om Parkash S/o Sh. Mohan Lal and he is the legal heir of the deceased. He has also stated that he is the only legal heir left out of the deceased.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Sh. Raj Pal S/o Late Sh. Kashmiri Lal, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
