Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 3084 of LIG Category in Sector-41-D dated-8-7-16

Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 3084 of LIG Category in Sector-41-D, Chandigarh in the name of Smt. Rajni W/o Sh. Jitender Kumar (GPA & WILL holder of original allottee and Legal heir of Late Smt. Vanti Devi W/o Late Sh. Prabhu Dayal who was SPA and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Himat Singh S/o Sh. Dheru Ram).

 

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Smt. Rajni W/o Sh. Jitender Kumar (GPA & WILL holder of original allottee and Legal heir as daughter of Late Smt. Vanti Devi W/o Late Sh. Prabhu Dayal) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.3084 of LIG Category in Sector-41-D, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Smt. Vanti Devi W/o Late Sh. Prabhu Dayal expired on 02.11.2010 at MOHALI (PUNJAB) who was SPA and Agreement to Sell holder of the original allottee Sh. Himat Singh S/o Sh. Dheru Ram and she is the legal heir of the deceased. She has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in her (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Smt. Rajni W/o Sh. Jitender Kumar, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
