July 11, 2016Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 1070 of HIG(L) Category in Sector-39-B, Chandigarh in the name of Sh. Sukhjit Singh Gill S/o Late S. Balbir Singh Gill (Legal heir of Late Smt. Gurdev Kaur Gill W/o Late S. Balbir Singh Gill who was GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee and Legal Heir of S. Balbir Singh Gill S/o S. Bishan Singh Gill who was the SPA holder of original allottee Sh. Joginder Singh S/o Sh. Banta Singh).
It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Sh. Sukhjit Singh Gill S/o Late S. Balbir Singh Gill (Legal heir of Late Smt. Gurdev Kaur Gill and S. Balbir Singh Gill) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.1070 of HIG(L) Category in Sector-39-B, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Smt. Gurdev Kaur Gill W/o Late S. Balbir Singh Gill expired on 29.07.2011 at CHANDIGARH who was GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of the original allottee and S. Balbir Singh Gill S/o S. Bishan Singh Gill also expired on 03.10.2008 at CHANDIGARH who was SPA holder of original allottee Sh. Joginder Singh S/o Sh. Banta Singh and he is the legal heir of the deceased. He has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in his (claimants) favour.
In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Sh. Sukhjit Singh Gill S/o Late S. Balbir Singh Gill, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
