Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 330/1 of LIG Category in Sector-41-A dated-5-7-16

Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 330/1 of LIG Category in Sector-41-A, Chandigarh in the name of Sh. Hira Lal Sharma S/o Late Sh. Muni Lal Sharma (Legal heir of Late Smt. Sunder Kanta W/o Sh. Hira Lal Sharma who was GPA, SPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Yogesh Kumar Gupta S/o Sh. Jewan Lal Gupta).

 

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Sh. Hira Lal Sharma S/o Late Sh. Muni Lal Sharma (Legal heir of Late Smt. Sunder Kanta W/o Sh. Hira Lal Sharma) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.330/1 of LIG Category in Sector-41-A, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Smt. Sunder Kanta W/o Sh. Hira Lal Sharma expired on 02.06.2010 at CHANDIGARH who was GPA, SPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of the original allottee Sh. Yogesh Kumar Gupta S/o Sh. Jewan Lal Gupta and he is the legal heir of the deceased. He has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in his (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Sh. Hira Lal Sharma S/o Late Sh. Muni Lal Sharma, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
