Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 2575 of LIG Category in Sector-44-C, Chandigarh in the name of Smt. Babita Goel W/o Sh. V.P. Goel and Smt. Suman Gupta W/o Sh. Hari Krishan Gupta (Legal heir of Late Smt. Kamlesh Rani W/o Sh. Gora Lal who was GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Gulshan Kumar S/o Late Sh. Mohan Lal).

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Smt. Babita Goel W/o Sh. V.P. Goel and Smt. Suman Gupta W/o Sh. Hari Krishan Gupta (Legal heir of Late Smt. Kamlesh Rani W/o Sh. Gora Lal) have applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.2575 of LIG Category in Sector-44-C, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Smt. Kamlesh Rani W/o Sh. Gora Lal expired on 01.07.2014 at CHANDIGARH who was GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of the original allottee Sh. Gulshan Kumar S/o Late Sh. Mohan Lal and they are the legal heirs of of the deceased. They have also stated that they are the only legal heirs of the deceased.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Smt. Babita Goel W/o Sh. V.P. Goel and Smt. Suman Gupta W/o Sh. Hari Krishan Gupta, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
