Subject: –  Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 3073 of HIG(L) Category in Sector-44-D, Chandigarh in the name of Sh. Varun Manchanda S/o Sh. Jatinder Manchanda (Legal heir of Late Smt. Usha Manchanda W/o Sh. Jatinder Manchanda who was GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Surendra Pravesh Singh and Smt. Jugraj Kaur).

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Sh. Varun Manchanda S/o Sh. Jatinder Manchanda (Legal heir of Late Smt. Usha Manchanda W/o Sh. Jatinder Manchanda) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.3073 of HIG(L) Category in Sector-44-D, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Smt. Usha Manchanda W/o Sh. Jatinder Manchanda expired on 03.05.2005 at CHANDIGARH who was GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of the original allottee Sh. Surendra Pravesh Singh and Smt. Jugraj Kaur and he is the legal heir of of the deceased. He has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in her (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Sh. Varun Manchanda S/o Sh. Jatinder Manchanda, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
