Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 3319/2 of LIG(U) Category in Sector-40-D, Chandigarh in the name of Smt. Saroj Mahajan W/o Late Sh. Vinod Kumar (Legal heir of Late Sh. Vinod Kumar S/o Late Sh. Kasturi Lal who was Sub-GPA and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Mukhtiar Singh S/o Sh. Garibu Ram).

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Smt. Saroj Mahajan W/o Late Sh. Vinod Kumar (Legal heir of Late Sh. Vinod Kumar S/o Late Sh. Kasturi Lal) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.3319/2 of LIG(U) Category in Sector-40-D, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Vinod Kumar S/o Late Sh. Kasturi Lal expired on 21.08.2004 at CHANDIGARH who was Sub-GPA and Agreement to Sell holder of the original allottee Sh. Mukhtiar Singh S/o Sh. Garibu Ram and she is the legal heir of of the deceased. She has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in her (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Smt. Saroj Mahajan W/o Late Sh. Vinod Kumar, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
