Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 2593/2 of EWS Category in Sector-44-C

Subject: –         Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 2593/2 of EWS Category in Sector-44-C, Chandigarh in the name of Smt. Bhupinder Kaur W/o Late Sh. Jaswinder Singh Passi (Legal heir of Sh. Jaswinder Singh Passi S/o Sh. Lal Chand Passi who was Sub GPA and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. K.D. Sharma S/o Late Pt. Aditya Ram).

 

 

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Smt. Bhupinder Kaur W/o Late Sh. Jaswinder Singh Passi (Legal heir of Sh. Jaswinder Singh Passi S/o Sh. Lal Chand Passi) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.2593/2 of EWS Category in Sector-44-C, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Jaswinder Singh Passi S/o Sh. Lal Chand Passi expired on 22.07.2009 at LUDHIANA (PB) who was the Sub-GPA & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. K.D. Sharma S/o Late Pt. Aditya Ram and she is the legal heir of the deceased Sub-GPA & Agreement to Sell holder. She has also stated that no other legal heir has been left out and all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in her (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Smt. Bhupinder Kaur W/o Late Sh. Jaswinder Singh Passi, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
