Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 2752/2 of LIG Category in Sector-47-C

Subject: –  Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 2752/2 of LIG Category in Sector-47-C, Chandigarh in the name of Sh. Balram Joshi S/o Late Sh. Amar Nath Joshi (Legal heir of Sh. Amar Nath Joshi S/o Sh. Babu Ram who was GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Swapan Majumdar S/o Sh. Nirmal Majumdar).

 

 

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Sh. Balram Joshi S/o Late Sh. Amar Nath Joshi (Legal heir of Sh. Amar Nath Joshi S/o Sh. Babu Ram) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.2752/2 of LIG Category in Sector-47-C, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Amar Nath Joshi S/o Sh. Babu Ram expired on 08.12.2014 at CHANDIGARH who was the GPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Swapan Majumdar S/o Sh. Nirmal Majumdar and he is the legal heir of the deceased GPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder. He has also stated that no other legal heir has been left out and all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in his (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Sh. Balram Joshi S/o Late Sh. Amar Nath Joshi, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
