Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 2794/1 of LIG Category in Sector-47-C

Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 2794/1 of LIG Category in Sector-47-C, Chandigarh in the name of Smt. Mohinder Kaur W/o Late Sh. Kuldip Singh (SPA holder & Legal heir of Sh. Kuldip Singh S/o Sh. Raghbir Singh who was GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Avtar Singh S/o Sh. Harnam Singh).

 

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Smt. Mohinder Kaur W/o Late Sh. Kuldip Singh (SPA holder & Legal heir of Sh. Kuldip Singh S/o Sh. Raghbir Singh) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.2794/1 of LIG Category in Sector-47-C, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Kuldip Singh S/o Sh. Raghbir Singh expired on 04.06.2007 at BATHINDA (PB) who was the GPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Avtar Singh S/o Sh. Harnam Singh and she is the legal heir of of the deceased GPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder. She has also stated that no other legal heir has been left out and all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in her (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Smt. Mohinder Kaur W/o Late Sh. Kuldip Singh, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
