Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 5042/1 of Category-III in Mani Majra

Subject: –  Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 5042/1 of Category-III in Mani Majra, Chandigarh in the name of Sh. Ram Paul Agarwal S/o Late Sh. Basant Ram Aggarwal (SPA holder and Legal heir of Smt. Kamla Aggarwal W/o Sh. Ram Paul Aggarwal who was GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Harvinder Singh S/o Sh. Ajit Singh).

 

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Sh. Ram Paul Agarwal S/o Late Sh. Basant Ram Aggarwal (SPA holder and Legal heir of Smt. Kamla Aggarwal) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.5042/1 of Category-III in Mani Majra, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Smt. Kamla Aggarwal W/o Sh. Ram Paul Aggarwal expired on 11.03.2010 at S.A.S. NAGAR (PUNJAB) who was GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Harvinder Singh S/o Sh. Ajit Singh and he is the legal heir of of the deceased. He has also stated in the affidavit that one of the Legal heir of deceased Namely Sh. V.K. Aggarwal S/o Sh. Ram Paul Agarwal has also expired on 17.03.2014 at MOHALI (PUNJAB). He has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased including the legal heirs of Sh. V.K. Aggarwal have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in his (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Sh. Ram Paul Agarwal S/o Late Sh. Basant Ram Aggarwal, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
