Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 3188 of LIG Category in Sector-45-D, Chandigarh in the name of Smt. Pushpa W/o Late Sh. Tarsem Singh (Legal heir of Late Sh. Tarsem Singh S/o Sh. Onkar Singh who was GPA,SPA and Agreement to Sell holder of allottee Ms. Meena Mathur D/o Sh. Jagmohan Lal Mathur).

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Smt. Pushpa W/o Late Sh. Tarsem Singh (Legal heir of Late Sh. Tarsem Singh S/o Sh. Onkar Singh) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.3188 of LIG Category in Sector-45-D, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Tarsem Singh S/o Sh. Onkar Singh expired on 20.07.2009 at UNA (Himachal Pardesh) who was GPA, SPA and Agreement to Sell holder of the allottee Ms. Meena Mathur D/o Sh. Jagmohan Lal Mathur and she is the legal heir of the deceased. She has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in her (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Smt. Pushpa W/o Late Sh. Tarsem Singh, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
