Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 3204 of LIG Category in Sector-45-D

Subject: –  Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 3204 of LIG Category in  Sector-45-D, Chandigarh in the name of Sh. Kishore Kumar S/o Late Sh. Munna Lal (Legal heir of Smt. Shanti Rani W/o Sh. Munna Lal who was GPA, SPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Smt. Sudesh Kumari W/o Sh. Joginder Pal).

 

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Sh. Kishore Kumar S/o Late Sh. Munna Lal (Legal heir of Smt. Shanti Rani W/o Sh. Munna Lal) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.3204 of LIG Category in Sector-45-D, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Smt. Shanti Rani W/o Sh. Munna Lal expired on 27.03.1992 at CHANDIGARH who was GPA, SPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Smt. Sudesh Kumari W/o Sh. Joginder Pal and he is the legal heir of of the deceased. He has also stated that he is the only legal heir of the deceased.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Sh. Kishore Kumar S/o Late Sh. Munna Lal, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
