Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 5085 of LIG Category in               Sector-38(West), Chandigarh in the name of Sh. Surinder Kumar S/o Late Sh. Girdhari Lal (Legal heir of Sh. Girdhari Lal S/o Sh. Atma Ram who was GPA, SPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Joginder Singh S/o Sh. Bashamber Dass).

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Sh. Surinder Kumar S/o Late Sh. Girdhari Lal (Legal heir of Sh. Girdhari Lal S/o Sh. Atma Ram) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.5085 of LIG Category in Sector-38(West), Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Girdhari Lal S/o Sh. Atma Ram expired on 20.08.2002 at CHANDIGARH who was GPA, SPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Joginder Singh S/o Sh. Bashamber Dass and he is the legal heir of of the deceased. He has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in his (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Sh. Surinder Kumar S/o Late Sh. Girdhari Lal, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
