Subject: –         Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 3290/1 of LIG Category in Sector-45-D, Chandigarh in the name of Smt. Rashma Devi W/o Late Sh. Tirlok Chand (SPA holder and Legal heir of Sh. Tirlok Chand S/o Sh. Parsh Ram who was GPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Ram Murti S/o Sh. Sohan Lal).

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Smt. Rashma Devi W/o Late Sh. Tirlok Chand (SPA holder and Legal heir of Sh. Tirlok Chand S/o Sh. Parsh Ram) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.3290/1 of LIG Category in Sector-45-D, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Tirlok Chand S/o Sh. Parsh Ram expired on 20.12.2005 at CHANDIGARH who was the GPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Ram Murti S/o Sh. Sohan Lal and she is the legal heir of of the deceased GPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder. She has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in her (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Smt. Rashma Devi W/o Late Sh. Tirlok Chand, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
