Subject: –         Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 5506 of HIG-(Ind.) Category in Sector-38(West), Chandigarh in the name of Smt. Kuldeep Kaur Rajput W/o Late Sh. Daljit Singh Rajput (SPA holder and Legal heir of Sh. Daljit Singh Rajput S/o Sh. Joginder Singh who was GPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder of the original allottee Sh. Kamal Kumar Malhotra S/o Sh. M.M. Malhotra).

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Smt. Kuldeep Kaur Rajput W/o Late Sh. Daljit Singh Rajput (SPA holder and Legal heir of Sh. Daljit Singh Rajput S/o Sh. Joginder Singh) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.5506 of HIG-(Ind.) Category in Sector-38(West), Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Daljit Singh Rajput S/o Sh. Joginder Singh expired on 23.02.2016 at CHANDIGARH who was the GPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Kamal Kumar Malhotra S/o Sh. M.M. Malhotra and she is the legal heir of of the deceased GPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder. She has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in her (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Smt. Kuldeep Kaur Rajput W/o Late Sh. Daljit Singh Rajput, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
