Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 3389/1 of MIG-II Category in Sector-40-D, Chandigarh in the name of Sh. Vivek Surinder Singh S/o Late Sh. Surinder Singh Sharda (Legal heir of Sh. Surinder Singh Sharda S/o Sh. Dalip Singh Sharda who was GPA, SPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Jhaman Dass Valiramani S/o Sh. Passu Mall Valiramani).
It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Sh. Vivek Surinder Singh S/o Late Sh. Surinder Singh Sharda (Legal heir of Sh. Surinder Singh Sharda S/o Sh. Dalip Singh Sharda) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.3389/1 of MIG-II Category in Sector-40-D, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Surinder Singh Sharda S/o Sh. Dalip Singh Sharda expired on 02.06.1999 at CHANDIGARH who was GPA, SPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Jhaman Dass Valiramani S/o Sh. Passu Mall Valiramani and he is the legal heir of of the deceased. He has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in his (claimants) favour.
In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Sh. Vivek Surinder Singh S/o Late Sh. Surinder Singh Sharda, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
