Subject: –         Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 498 of EWS Category in Sector-40-A, Chandigarh in the name of Smt. Baldev Kaur W/o Late Sh. Ajmer Singh (SPA holder and Legal heir of Sh. Ajmer Singh S/o Sh. Kaka Singh who was GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Balwinder Singh S/o Sh. Bua Singh).

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Smt. Baldev Kaur W/o Late Sh. Ajmer Singh (SPA holder and Legal heir of Sh. Ajmer Singh S/o Sh. Kaka Singh) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.498 of EWS Category in Sector-40-A, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Ajmer Singh S/o Sh. Kaka Singh expired on 31.03.2012 at CHANDIGARH who was GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Balwinder Singh S/o Sh. Bua Singh and she is the legal heir of of the deceased. She has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in her (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Smt. Baldev Kaur W/o Late Sh. Ajmer Singh, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
