Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 2789/2 of LIG Category in Sector-47-C

Subject: –         Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 2789/2 of LIG Category in Sector-47-C, Chandigarh in the name of Smt. Urmila Rani W/o Late Sh. Kishori Lal Rana (Legal heirs of Sh. Kishori Lal Rana S/o Sh. Paras Ram Rana who was GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Smt. Savita Gupta W/o Sh. Ashwani Kumar).

 

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Smt. Urmila Rani W/o Late Sh. Kishori Lal Rana (Legal heirs of Sh. Kishori Lal Rana S/o Sh. Paras Ram Rana) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.2789/2 of LIG Category in Sector-47-C, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Kishori Lal Rana S/o Sh. Paras Ram Rana expired on 05.05.2013 at CHANDIGARH who was GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Smt. Savita Gupta W/o Sh. Ashwani Kumar and she is the legal heir of of the deceased. She has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in her (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Smt. Urmila Rani W/o Late Sh. Kishori Lal, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
