Ravinder Singh and (3) Smt. Rajinder Kaur W/o Sh. Sukhbir Singh all daughters of late Sh. Bhag Singh Meho (Legal heirs of Sh. Bhag Singh Meho S/o Sh. Sham Singh Meho who was GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Smt. Suraksha Malik W/o Sh. M.K. Malik).

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that (1) Smt. Balwinder Kaur W/o Sh. Nirmal Singh Bhatti (2) Smt. Jasbir Kaur W/o Sh. Ravinder Singh and (3) Smt. Rajinder Kaur W/o Sh. Sukhbir Singh all are daughters of late Sh. Bhag Singh Meho (Legal heirs of Sh. Bhag Singh Meho) have applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.490 of Category-I in Sector-45-A, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Bhag Singh Meho S/o Sh. Sham Singh Meho expired on 19.08.2014 at CHANDIGARH who was GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Smt. Suraksha Malik W/o Sh. M.K. Malik and they are the legal heir of of the deceased and no other legal heir have been left out.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of (1) Smt. Balwinder Kaur (2) Smt. Jasbir Kaur and (3) Smt. Rajinder Kaur, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
