Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 3395 of MIG-II Category in Sector-40-D dated-15-7-16

Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 3395 of MIG-II Category in Sector-40-D, Chandigarh in the name of Sh. Vijay Kumar S/o Late Sh. Ram Asra (Legal heir of Late Sh. Ram Asra S/o Sh. Mela Ram who was GPA, SPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Chemas Rai Bhatti S/o Sh. Sadhu Ram Bhatti).

 

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Sh. Vijay Kumar S/o Late Sh. Ram Asra (Legal heir of Late Sh. Ram Asra S/o Sh. Mela Ram) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.3395 of MIG-II Category in Sector-40-D, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Ram Asra S/o Sh. Mela Ram expired on 20.10.2006 at JALANDHAR(PUNJAB) who was GPA, SPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of the original allottee Sh. Chemas Rai Bhatti S/o Sh. Sadhu Ram Bhatti and he is the legal heir of the deceased. He has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in his (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Sh. Vijay Kumar S/o Late Sh. Ram Asra, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
