Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 3752 of HIG(U) Category in Sector-46-C dated 15-7-16

Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 3752 of HIG(U) Category in Sector-46-C, Chandigarh in the names of (1). Smt. Joginder Kaur W/o Late Sh. Gurdiyal Singh (Daughter) (2). Sh. Mohan Deep Singh and (3). Sh. Ghan Prit Singh both sons of Late Sh. Gurdiyal Singh (Legal heirs of Late Sh. Gurdial Singh S/o Sh. Sardar Singh who was GPA and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottees Ms. Bimla Khanna & Ms. Shardha Khanna both dauthers of Late Sh. Salig Ram Khanna).

 

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that (1). Smt. Joginder Kaur W/o Late Sh. Gurdiyal Singh (Daughter) (2). Sh. Mohan Deep Singh and (3). Sh. Ghan Prit Singh both sons of Late Sh. Gurdiyal Singh (Legal heirs of Late Sh. Gurdial Singh S/o Sh. Sardar Singh) have applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.3752 of HIG(U) Category in Sector-46-C, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Gurdial Singh S/o Sh. Sardar Singh expired on 29.07.1986 at CHANDIGARH who was GPA and Agreement to Sell holder of the original allottees Ms. Bimla Khanna & Ms. Shardha Khanna both dauthers of Late Sh. Salig Ram Khanna and they are the legal heirs of the deceased. They have also stated that Smt.Ardiaman Kaur W/o Sh. Balbir Singh has also expired on 07.09.2000 at LUDHIANA (PUNJAB) who was the SPA holder of above said original allottees and also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased GPA and Agreement to Sell holder and the legal heirs of deceased SPA holder have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in their (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of (1). Smt. Joginder Kaur (Dauther) (2). Sh. Mohan Deep Singh (Son) and (3). Sh. Ghan Prit Singh (Son), he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
