Subject: -Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 368 of Category-III in Sector-45-A, Chandigarh in the name of Smt. Nisha Sood W/o Late Sh. Ashwani Kumar Sood (SPA holder and Legal heir of Late Sh. Ashwani Kumar Sood S/o Late Sh. Shanti Saroop Sood who was GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Gurbarn Singh Sehgal S/o Sh. Ajaib Singh).

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Smt. Nisha Sood W/o Late Sh. Ashwani Kumar Sood (SPA holder and Legal heir of Late Sh. Ashwani Kumar Sood S/o Late Sh. Shanti Saroop Sood) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.368 of Category-III in Sector-45-A, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Ashwani Kumar Sood S/o Late Sh. Shanti Saroop Sood expired on 05.07.2016 at CHANDIGARH who was the GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Gurbarn Singh Sehgal S/o Sh. Ajaib Singh and she is the legal heir of the deceased. She has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in her (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Smt. Nisha Sood W/o Late Sh. Ashwani Kumar Sood, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
