Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 889/1 of MIG(D) Category in Sector-41-A, Chandigarh in the name of Smt. Abha Aggarwal W/o Late Sh. Rajendra Kumar Aggarwal (Legal heir of Late Sh. Rajendra Kumar Aggarwal S/o Late Sh. Kannulal Aggarwal who was GPAs, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Om Parkash Sachdeva S/o Sh. Mehar Chand Sachdeva).

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Smt. Abha Aggarwal W/o Late Sh. Rajendra Kumar Aggarwal (Legal heir of Late Sh. Rajendra Kumar Aggarwal S/o Late Sh. Kannulal Aggarwal) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.889/1 of MIG(D) Category in Sector-41-A, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Rajendra Kumar Aggarwal S/o Late Sh. Kannulal Aggarwal expired on 02.07.2009 at CHANDIGARH who was the GPAs, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Om Parkash Sachdeva S/o Sh. Mehar Chand Sachdeva and she is the legal heir of the deceased. She has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in her (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Smt. Abha Aggarwal W/o Late Sh. Rajendra Kumar Aggarwal, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
