Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 5178 of LIG Category in Sector-38(West), Chandigarh in the name of Smt. Vijay Laxmi Bhardwaj W/o Late Sh. Manoj Kumar Bhardwaj (SPA holder and Legal heir of Late Sh. Manoj Kumar Bhardwaj S/o Late Sh. S.P. Bhardwaj who was GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of the original allottee Smt. Pritam Walia W/o Sh. Jagroop Singh Walia).
It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Smt. Vijay Laxmi Bhardwaj W/o Late Sh. Manoj Kumar Bhardwaj (SPA holder and Legal heir of Late Sh. Manoj Kumar Bhardwaj S/o Late Sh. S.P. Bhardwaj) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.5178 of LIG Category in Sector-38 (West), Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Manoj Kumar Bhardwaj S/o Late Sh. S.P. Bhardwaj expired on 07.09.2002 at CHANDIGARH who was the GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Smt. Pritam Walia W/o Sh. Jagroop Singh Walia and she is the legal heir of the deceased. She has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in her (claimants) favour.
In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Smt. Vijay Laxmi Bhardwaj W/o Late Sh. Manoj Kumar Bhardwaj, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
