Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 5179/3 of HIG-I Category in Mani Majra

Subject: –         Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 5179/3 of HIG-I Category in Mani Majra, Chandigarh in the name of Smt. Meenu Lau W/o Late Sh. Mahesh Nath Lau (SPA holder and Legal heir of Smt. Krishna Lau W/o Late Sh. Prem Nath Lau who was the joint SPA holder of original allottee and Sh. Mahesh Nath Lau S/o Sh. Prem Nath Lau & Sh. Prem Nath Lau S/o Late Sh. Amar Nath Lau who were GPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Manjit Singh Randhawa S/o Sh. Gurdip Singh & Smt. Ramandeep Randhawa D/o Sh. Manjit Singh Randhawa).

 

 

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Smt. Meenu Lau W/o Late Sh. Mahesh Nath Lau (SPA holder and Legal heir of Smt. Krishna Lau W/o Sh. Prem Nath Lau who was the joint SPA holder of original allottee and Sh. Mahesh Nath Lau S/o Sh. Prem Nath Lau & Sh. Prem Nath Lau S/o Late Sh. Amar Nath Lau) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.5179/3 of HIG-I Category in  Mani Majra, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Smt. Krishna Lau W/o Sh. Prem Nath Lau expired on 01.08.1998 at SHIMLA (HP) who was one of the joint SPA holder of original allottee and Sh. Mahesh Nath Lau S/o Sh. Prem Nath Lau expired on 25.09.2012 at SHIMLA (HP) & Sh. Prem Nath Lau S/o Late Sh. Amar Nath Lau expired on 08.12.2003 at SHIMLA (HP) who were GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottees Sh. Manjit Singh Randhawa S/o Sh. Gurdip Singh & Smt. Ramandeep Randhawa D/o Sh. Manjit Singh Randhawa and she is the Legal heir of the deceased GPA, SPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder. She has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in her (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Smt. Meenu Lau W/o Late Sh. Mahesh Nath Lau, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
