Subject: –         Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 5694/A of MIG Category in          Sector-38(West), Chandigarh in the name of Smt. Seema Sharma W/o Sh. R.P. Sharma (SPA & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee) after the death of Sh. Shiv Kumar S/o Sh. Ram Rattan who was the GPA holder of original allottee Sh. Ashok Kumar S/o Sh. Daulat Singh.

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Smt. Seema Sharma W/o Sh. R.P.Sharma (SPA & Agreement to Sell holder) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.5694/A of MIG Category in Sector-38(West), Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Shiv Kumar S/o Sh. Ram Rattan expired on 15.02.2008 at VILL-SIKRI, DISTT. HOSHIARPUR (PUNJAB) who was GPA holder of original allottee Sh. Ashok Kumar S/o Sh. Daulat Singh and she is the daughter-in-law of of the deceased GPA holder. She has also stated that all the legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in her (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Smt. Seema Sharma W/o Sh. R.P.Sharma, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
