Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 5820/A in Sector-38(west) dated: 9-3-16

Subject: –         Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 5820/A in Sector-38(West), Chandigarh in the name of Smt. Krishna Kaul W/o Late Sh. Poushkernath Kaul (SPA & Agreement to Sell holder and Legal heir of Sh. Poushkernath Kaul S/o Late Sh. Nand Lal Kaul who was GPA holder of original allottee Sh. Balbir Singh S/o Late Sh. Rattan Singh).

 

 

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Smt. Krishna Kaul W/o Late Sh. Poushkernath Kaul (SPA & Agreement to Sell holder and Legal heir of Sh. Poushkernath Kaul) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.5820/A of HIG(U) Category in Sector-38(West), Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Poushkernath Kaul S/o Late Sh. Nand Lal Kaul expired on 13.05.2007 at MOHALI (PUNJAB) who was the GPA holder of original allottee Sh. Balbir Singh S/o Late Sh. Rattan Singh and she is the Legal heir of the deceased GPA holder. She has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in her (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Smt. Krishna Kaul W/o Late Sh. Poushkernath Kaul, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
