Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 610 in Sector-40-A, Chandigarh in the name of Sh. Sanjeev Kumar S/o Sh. Krishan Dev (Legal heir of Smt. Daya Wanti W/o Sh. Krishan Dev who was Sub-GPA and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee and Sh. Krishan Devi W/o Sh. Rangi Ram who was Sub-SPA holder of original allottee Smt. Shakuntla Devi W/o Late S. Rattan Singh).

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Sh. Sanjeev Kumar S/o Sh. Krishan Dev (Legal heir of Smt. Daya Wanti & Sh. Krishan Dev) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.610 of LIG Category in Sector-40-A, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Smt. Daya Wanti W/o Sh. Krishan Dev expired on 07.10.1994 at CHANDIGARH who was the Sub-GPA & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee and Sh. Krishan Dev S/o Sh. Rangi Ram has also expired on 11.05.2013 at CHANDIGARH who was the Sub-SPA holder of original allottee Smt. Shakuntla Devi W/o Late S. Rattan Singh and he is the Legal heir of the deceased Sub-GPA, Sub-SPA & Agreement to Sell holder. He has has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in his (claimants) favour.
In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Sh. Sanjeev Kumar S/o Sh. Krishan Dev, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
