- The standard drawings can be downloaded from official website of CHB (www.chbonline.in) for applying for permission from PAC(U) of Estate Office, UT, Chandigarh.
- The applicant may apply for NOC from CHB alongwith a fee of Rs.10000/- + 18% GST for which a 15 days’ notice will be issued by CHB to rest of the allottees of Block for contributing proportionate cost, in case, they intend to use the lift.
- After obtaining NOC from CHB, the applicant may apply for permission from PAC(U) of Estate Office, UT through the concerned empanelled Private Architect as per their procedure alongwith applicable requisite fee which will be intimated by Estate Office, UT, Chandigarh.
- The above procedure will be applicable till the time requisite changes in OBPAS are put in place.
